Pricing of Trullo Tre Mondi (sleeps up to 8 guests)

May - from EUR 550 per night / EUR 3,500 per week

June - from EUR 650 per night / EUR 4,200 per week

July - from EUR 750 per night / EUR 4,900 per week

August - from EUR 750 per night / EUR 4,900 per week

September - from EUR 650 per night / EUR 4,200 per week

October - from EUR 550 per night / EUR 3,500 per week

Please note the above prices are per night / per week basis. We take all payments in EUR. We have a 7-night minimum stay in July & August and a 5-night minimum stay policy in May, June, September and October.

We require a EUR 350 cash security deposit upon arrival; refundable on exit.

If you would like to discuss pricing outside these periods, or if you are wanting a quote for 4 guests only then please enquire.

    • All bed linen, bath towels and swimming towels

    • Welcome basket

    • WiFi

    • Hairdryers, iron, ironing board

    • Large fridge/freezer, gas oven, coffee machine and all expected kitchen essentials & a BBQ

    • Final clean

    • Travel cots and highchairs available

    • Mid-week clean for bookings of 10 days or more

    • The pool is cleaned weekly

    • If you require extra cleaning during your stay, speak to David & Fran

    • Late check in (post 9:30pm) at EUR 30

    • Ostuni City Tax of €5 per person payable in cash on arrival

  • For direct bookings, we ask for a deposit of 50% to secure your booking.

    The final balance of 50% is due approximately 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

    All payments are non-refundable should you choose to cancel for any reason.

    Bookings cannot be transferred to any other dates.

    Please note that bookings through Air BnB or Booking.com are bound to their own terms. We would recommend booking direct for the best rates!
